Ice Cream Headache

Could you work the counter at Whit’s End? It’s not as easy as you think!

Serve one ice cream cone to each customer, connected either horizontally or vertically to their square.

Rules:
– A cone may touch multiple customers’ squares, but it belongs to one person. Nobody wants to share!
– The total number of cones must match the number in that row or column.
– Ice cream may not touch any square that contains another cone—not even diagonally.

Hint: Scribble out squares where the cones can’t go, then take a close look at the remaining squares. When you think you’ve solved the puzzle, click on the image to find the solution. Have fun!
