Matthew Parker’s Decoder #2012-6

Did you solve the sweet-smelling code that appeared in the June issue of Clubhouse magazine? Here it is again:

Flower Code

How It Works:

To bust this code and find out the two-word answer that the apostle Paul says makes us strong, read one petal on each flower, going clockwise from left to right. In other words, start by reading petal one (the top petal) on flower one, then read petal two (the right petal) on flower two. Then petal three (the bottom petal) on flower three, then petal four (the left petal) on flower four. Repeat the cycle until your message is complete!

Coolness!

The African violet is touted by some flower societies as the most popular houseplant in the world. There are more than 10,000 kinds of African violets, and they come in a variety of colors. The cool thing is, you can grow a new African violet plant from just about any piece of another one—whether it be a seed, a flower stem or even a clip of a leaf!
