4 ounces mushrooms
1 large onion
1 pound sirloin steak
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream

1. Slice the mushrooms and onion.
2. With a parent’s help, cut steak into narrow strips. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Melt butter in a pan, then sauté onions. Add mushrooms and mustard.
4. Add steak and cook until brown.
5. Stir in sour cream. Serve warm over noodles.
