Gather
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
8 slices bread
4 slices ham
4 slices turkey
4 slices Swiss cheese
powdered sugar
raspberry jam or maple syrup for dipping
Go
1. Beat eggs in small bowl. Stir in milk, vanilla and salt.
2. Melt butter in skillet.
3. Dip bread into the egg mixture and place in skillet. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until other side is golden brown.
4. Assemble each sandwich using two slices French toast with one slice each of ham, turkey and cheese.
5. Heat sandwiches in a microwave or oven until cheese melts.
6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam or maple syrup for dipping.
