Eliza Huie is the author of multiple books on mental health, including I’m Stressed: A Path from Pressure to Peace and Trauma Aware: A Christian’s Guide to Providing Help and Care. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a certified clinical professional trauma therapist, serving as the director of counseling at McLean Bible Church located in the Washington D.C. metro area. As co-host of the Counsel For Life Podcast, she engages conversations about mental health and the Christian life. She and her husband Ken have been married for 33 years and have three adult children.
