Since 1994, God Cares has helped thousands of Christians develop an outreach in the care home mission field. Bill has personally served as a nursing home missionary for 37 years, helping countless numbers of residents take Jesus’ hand. Bill was ordained in 1991 and holds a Master’s Degree in Ministry.
