Joanne Kraft is a public speaker and the author of two books, The Mean Mom’s Guide to Raising Great Kids and Just Too Busy – Taking Your Family on a Radical Sabbatical. Her articles have appeared in several publications including Chicken Soup for the Soul, ParentLife and Today’s Christian Woman. A former 911 police dispatcher, Joanne met her husband, Paul, while dispatching him to a call.
