“Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised.” Hebrews 10:35-36
- Are there areas of your life where you feel like you’re lacking endurance?
- Do you remember any specific times God came through for us when we were on the verge of giving up?
- What promises of God can we turn to when we need confidence to endure and follow His will?
God never said having a godly marriage would be easy. He tells us that doing His will requires much endurance on our part. Thankfully, He gives us many precious promises in His Word that we can cling to. As you stay honest with each other about your struggles — praying and holding onto His Word together — your faithfulness honors God.
