With that in mind, the Option Ultrasound Program (OUP) was started in 2004 to support pregnancy centers with ultrasound machines. Now, the program has grown to be quite comprehensive, with over 16 different grants for pregnancy centers. The program aims to enhance operational standards for each center by providing ultrasound machines, resources and offering on-site consultancy. The qualification process, taking 3-5 months, ensures that centers are well-prepared and meet high service standards.
